WOSM- Better World Framework The Better World Framework (BWF) aligns all programmes and initiatives in scouting that focus on community development.
This framework can be adopted by any NSO to help them better link their Scout initiatives that focus on sustainable development and youth engagement to other existing actions at global, regional, national or local level. This aims to enhance their social impact and education for active citizenship.
